Building You Up, One Rep at a time.
Why 300 Reps?
The Why Behind 300 Reps
Over the last two decades, we've test-driven numerous popular weight training plans. While they delivered gains with a sprinkle of diet discipline and
elbow grease, we often hit a roadblock and dropped out before the finish line. Below are some common problems we have all run into, and our solution.
Problem 1: Spending too much time at the gym
You’re finding yourself spending from 75 minutes to a whopping 100+ minutes in the gym, even with maximum effort. Life's a whirlwind, and most of us
are not pro athletes or A-listers getting paid to workout.
Our Solution: All of our routines are able to be completed in an average of 45 minutes if you follow the structure and rest. The gym should fit into
your life, not be all consuming.
Problem 2: Volume overload
You’re putting in solid efforts but notice your lifts and energy dwindling or even hitting a brick wall due to total muscle fatigue. After dissecting the reps
and sets, you find you a staggering 400, 450, or even over 500+ reps in one session! Workouts should be completable or they become demotivating.
Our Solution: It’s in the name. All programs center around 300 reps total. This is a volume target set to challenge you and build muscle growth while
also being one that allows you to check the box of: DONE.
Problem 3: Variety Overload
You go to a commercial gym but are either running paces like a crossfit workout due to supersets or the rep ranges and exercises change too much
from week to week. Mixing up exercises is cool, but some plans go overboard without a sturdy strength-building anchor exercise for each muscle group.
Our Solution: Each program is repeated for 4 rounds before moving on. Our programs will contain core exercises for tracking strength gains.
So, why 300 reps you ask? Every routine is centered around 300 reps as this rep
total combined with the exercise, set counts, and rest periods will get you in and
out of the gym in the 45 minute range on average. The rest breaks are shorter than
you may be used to but your heart rate will stay up.
